Girls are navigating a world that often tells them who to be before they’ve had the chance to discover who they are. Confidence declines early. Exposure is limited. Opportunities are uneven. GLAM exists to change that.
We create spaces where girls are seen, supported, and stretched—where they build confidence, develop leadership, and experience the world beyond their immediate surroundings. Because when a girl is given the right support, she doesn’t just grow—she rises into HER.
And when she does, she leads boldly, explores globally, and moves through life knowing the world is her runway.
glam summer camp
More than a camp. A curated confidence experience.
GLAM Summer Leadership Camp is more than a camp — it’s a space where girls grow in confidence, build friendships, and discover their voice. GLAM Summer Camp is where confidence meets creativity. Our camp blends reading, writing, journaling, public speaking, and performance into one unforgettable experience.
Each week, girls explore self-expression through storytelling, movement, and modeling while building the confidence to use their voice boldly. By the end of camp, every girl walks away with a personalized portfolio that reflects her growth, creativity, and unique sparkle.
With a boutique experience limited to just 12 girls per session, each participant receives personal mentorship, meaningful connections, and opportunities to shine in ways that last far beyond the summer.Girls are guided by mentors who nurture their voice, presence, and self-esteem while building tangible skills. Every participant leaves with a personal portfolio reflecting her growth.
glam after school
Where the school day ends—and her growth begins.
GLAM After School is a school-based enrichment experience designed to integrate into partner schools, providing girls with a structured and empowering environment. Rooted in social-emotional learning, our program provides mentorship, sisterhood, and skill-building through engaging activities like journaling, SEL sister circles, modeling, and choreography.
Programming includes:
- Pre- and post-assessments to track growth
- Leadership and communication skill-building
- Mentorship-driven engagement
Culminating Experiences Include:
- Student-published books
- Fashion shows and confidence showcases
- Public speaking presentations
Girls are encouraged to express themselves, build meaningful connections, and develop the tools they need to navigate school and life with confidence. At GLAM, every girl is seen, heard, and celebrated.

GLAM Goes Global — Launching 2027
GLAM Goes Global is a transformative international experience designed to expand horizons and bring our motto—“The World is Her Runway”—to life. Launching in 2027, this global travel experience will take girls beyond Baltimore immersing girls in culture, leadership, and global exposure.
Our destination: Paris in the summer of 2027.
In the heart of fashion, art, and global culture, girls will explore museums, walk historic streets, engage in cultural experiences, and gain exposure that inspires bigger dreams and broader perspectives.
This is about access, equity, and expanding what girls believe is possible.
